Appointment Policy:

  • Patients must schedule appointments in advance for consultations examinations, treatments, and procedures.
  • Walk-in appointments are subject to availability and may require waiting times.

Payment Policy:

  • Payment is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made.
  • We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and insurance coverage.
  • Patients are responsible for any deductibles, co-payments, or fees not covered by insurance

Cancellation and No-show Policy:

  • Patients are requested to provide at least 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
  • Failure to provide adequate notice or repeated no-shows may result in a cancellation fee.
